  • All customers are required to pay £25.00 booking fee (non refundable) at least 3 weeks in advance to secure the date the order is due to avoid any last minute disappointment. This helps me to focus on real orders as well as managing my monthly diary. Remember this £25 will be adjusted in final payment but the customer will lose it if they decide to cancel the order or change the date the order was originally due at the time of the booking.
  • 75% of the total order amount must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the order due date and the rest of the payment must be paid before or on the date the order is due before the deliver/collection.
  • It is customer’s responsibility to make sure the order is up to their expectation when collecting/at the time of the delivery in my presence. I am afraid I will not be liable for any damage/colour scheme/design once the product left my premises or after the delivery
  • I will send pics of the final product as well as of different stages like colour scheme for customer’s approval and little tweaks can be done upon request but no changes will be done in design or colour scheme apart from what was order at the time of booking.
  • Please bare in mind that there will be a slight difference in final product from the pics provided by the customers or from the internet due to the different products/cutters/colours are used/available in different countries or places. Plus some colours can be different from the pics. Regardless of everything when accepting the orders I will bare customer’s expectations in mind and will try my 100% to create something very similar the customer has requested. In case of any changes I will inform the customer well in advance to avoid any last minute issues.
  • Please allow minimum 10 days to request any changes in design. No last minute changes could be done due to certain colour schemes and equipment I will have to buy to fulfil the order.
  • In case of any damage during the transportation when I am due to deliver the product, the customer has full right to ask for the refund or future discount.
  • Any changes in flavour must be requested no less than 4 days prior to the date the order is due.
  • Any complaints relating to the flavour or product apart from the damage goods/colour scheme should be made asap with the proof and I will be happy to give refund/future discount once most of the product which customer has complained about is returned within 24 hours of the delivery/collection.
  • If the customer changes it mind and decides to cancel the order I am happy to refund the advance after deducting the £25.00 booking fee when given reasonable time usually minimum 10 Days.
  • I am afraid I will only be able to refund a certain amount (50% of the whole price) from the advance payment made by the customer if the customer decides to cancel the order after the 10 days prior to the date the order is due. Any cancellation with in 3 days prior to the order are not eligible to any refund.
  • If the customer decides to change the date the order was originally due at the time of the booking, they will have to make new booking by paying additional £25.00 as booking charges.
  • Please choose your flavours from the menu but If you are looking for something different not provided in the menu feel free to contact me and I will be happy to fulfil your requirement
  • All correspondence must be in writing avoid any misunderstanding.
  • All payments must be made through bank transfer, quoting your customer name and order number which you can find on booking this booking form.
